Creo, a gallery and workspace showcasing the work of independent artists and collaborators.
Creo offers a professional exhibition space for emerging and self-represented artists. With an inner Melbourne location near Richmond Station, Creo has warmth and flexibility of design that can host a multitude of artisan displays or corporate events.
Creo values creativity, innovation, and collaboration with artists to support the sale of their work through our gallery. Cross-promotional opportunities are also possible, enhanced by tapping into our commercial and artistic networks.
The space features many opportunities to showcase work. We offer a traditional gallery style presentation of paintings or can adapt the space to show sculptural pieces.
What the gallery space offers
Creo can be booked for your own exhibition, as part of a collaboration or in support of community art exhibitions.
We can work with you to create artist workshops, displays or experiences for attendees.
The gallery lighting combined with exposed brickwork, white walls and polished concrete creates the perfect opportunity for a photo shoot to showcase your next product release.
A beautifully designed hospitality space is available from which to cater your event, exhibition or corporate function.
Owned and operated by Victoria and Ewan, two artists who have been friends for over 20 years.
Creo offers a gallery space to make your own.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the need for social distancing our gallery has implemented some new guidlines As restrictions are lifting we are now taking inquiries from artists, organisations, and corporates interested in connecting with Creo about future opportunities.
Our gallery can be booked for personal and group exhibitions or events. Potentially an exhibition opening could be accompanied by a small in-person event if it meets the state's social gathering rules of the day.
We hope in the future to hold and promote virtual gallery exhibitions and on-line sales of art. Please check back in with us for further updates on this creative response to support artists at this difficult time.
